Evaporative cooling uses water to cool an airflow. Suitability depends on factors including temperature, humidity, air exchange and the work area.
Industrial HVLS fans
HVLS stands for High Volume, Low Speed: large fans move air at low rotational speed. We assess the layout and suitable mounting locations.

Is evaporative cooling suitable for every space?
We assess each application. Temperature, humidity and sufficient air exchange matter. State any humidity requirements for processes or stored goods.
Does an HVLS fan lower air temperature?
A fan moves air. This can change comfort, but an HVLS fan does not work like an air conditioner. We tailor air circulation to the space’s use.
Can an HVLS fan also be used in winter?
Star Progetti offers models with reversible rotation. Suitable operation and controls are assessed for the chosen model and application.
Can I move a mobile cooler between work areas?
Mobile models are available. Placement must suit airflow, the work area, water supply and electrical connection. Follow the model’s instructions for use and moving.
What about cleaning and maintenance?
Follow manufacturer instructions. Cooling also involves water management and cleaning. We consider access and practical use when selecting products.
